What exactly is included in the setup fee?
The one-time setup fee covers: platform configuration tailored to your business needs, data entry for all workers and clients, creating your initial schedule, admin training session, and full onboarding support to get you live. We handle everything so you don't have to.
Do you charge per worker or per admin?
No. Unlike other workforce platforms, FieldStaff Workforce doesn't charge per user. You pay based on your team size tier (1-25, 26-50, or 50+) and the features you need. Whether you have 10 workers or 25 workers in the Starter plan, the price is the same.
What happens if my team grows?
As you hire more workers, you can upgrade to the next tier (Starter → Professional → Enterprise) whenever you need to. We'll help with the transition and any additional configuration required for your new team size.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The pricing is completely transparent: one-time setup fee + monthly management fee. The monthly fee covers hosting, support, updates, and all features included in your plan. There are no surprise charges, per-user fees, or overage charges.
Can I customize the plan?
Absolutely. If you need specific features or integrations not in the standard plans, we can create a custom package for you. The Enterprise plan especially is flexible and designed to adapt to unique business requirements.
What if I want to cancel?
We work month-to-month after your initial setup. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime with 30 days notice. The setup fee is one-time and non-refundable, but you keep all the data and configuration we've built for you.
